These SMS/Text Message Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in the text messaging program operated by COSMOS WELLNESS SERVICES, LLC dba sugaringLA McKinney Eldorado Plaza ("sugaringLA McKinney," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive text messages from sugaringLA McKinney, you agree to be bound by these SMS Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to all text messages sent to and received from sugaringLA McKinney. We do not charge any fees for our text messaging program, but your wireless carrier may charge you for each text message sent or received based on your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. sugaringLA McKinney is not responsible for messages that are not delivered due to carrier issues, device incompatibility, or other factors beyond our control.
